Director of Services |
1. Responsible for all aspects of Wending Living Style Plaza's daily operations and project work.
2. Ensure all projects are completed on time
3. Work constantly on promotional activities and to always make the Plaza more popular
4. Ensure Plaza environment is excellent, all operations are smoothly executed
5. Formulate the management plan and development strategy, communicate and coordinate with all departments
6. Build strong external relationships and maintain the Plaza's operating environment
7. Responsible to handle any emergencies
8. Responsible for each department's workload and supervision, leadership, inspection and appraisal.
9. Exercise other authority as determined by articles of incorporation or board of directors.
Requirements:
1. 30-50 years old, university or above, MBA preferred. Excellent English skills.
2. 8 years or more experience with furniture/merchandise/property management or related fields. Luxury goods retail experience a plus.
3. Excellent team building skills, leadership and management knowledge, communication and people skills.
4. Knowledge of furniture industry
Property Management Assistant |
Requirements:
1. 27-32 years old, college school graduate
2. 3 or more years experience in property services, qualifications and knowledge of early stage project management.
3. good communication skills.
Assistant to the Chairman |
Requirements:
1. 25-35 years old, university graduate
2. at least 3 years experience in director's assistant role or similar
3. understanding of business, marketing, management services or similar
4. Good communication skills. Good English speaking, listening and writing skills
Engineer |
Requirements:
1. 25-40 years old, secondary or polytechnical school graduate
2. 3 or more years experience in property engineering
3. experience in architectural engineering
